We have all been there before. Someone says, “call so and so, mention my name” And then that gets us nowhere when we do in fact call and mention his or her name.
A much better system is to call someone up, gauge their interest on a scale of 1 to 10, and then react according to the interest. If a person does want to meet, great. If the person does not want to meet, just simply send them information
until they ARE ready to meet. This will help you get referrals and is a simple use of referral marketing.
