Because a story is interesting, fun, and holds the attention of people. A story stimulates our senses, our brains, and captures our attention.
Disney has great stories, therefore they attract people, and people talk about Disney more than any other theme or amusement park. This is a way they generate referrals.
What stories can you create in your business to get referrals? The story of how you got involved can be interesting, the story of why you decided to do what you do is also important, and you should tell these stories.
